BELIEF #1 – MEDICATION-FREE PAIN RELIEF
I strongly believe that people should not have to take medication and use it only as their last resort when everything else fails. If you’ve been taking medication for knee or foot pain for more than three months, you shouldn’t have to put up with that. We believe in 100% natural treatments that avoid risky surgeries and going under the knife. Physiotherapy should always be your first point of contact. And even if you had surgery or you’re about to get one, there’s research suggesting that physiotherapy can help you prepare for or recover after the surgery.
BELIEF #2 – HEALTH IS WEALTH
My core belief is that your health is your wealth. There is nothing more important than staying healthy away from medication and all sorts of surgeries. I care for my patients, and I am passionate about bringing people back to their old selves so that they can enjoy all the activities they used to love before the pain got in the way of life. I’ve helped thousands of people over the years to overcome their pain and rebuild their strength.
BELIEF #3 – PEOPLE SHOULD STAY ACTIVE
I believe that everyone is in charge of their health. By staying active, exercising, going for walks, or even playing with the kids, you can improve your physical and mental well-being. People should keep active as everyone deserves a good quality of life. We can’t stop the ageing process, but we can prolong it by staying active and starting to make changes as early as possible. Age is just a number, not an excuse. You might not be able to run a marathon, but you can walk the dog, play with your kids or grandchildren, and spend time actively. In fact, I’ve seen many seniors playing golf and being great at it. It keeps them healthy but also is so much fun and they can socialise with their friends.
BELIEF #4 – EDUCATION IS THE KEY TO INJURY PREVENTION
Another belief I take seriously in my profession is that education is as important (if not more) as treatment. If you know the source of the problem, you can avoid it in the future. I believe that a patient should become an expert. I want you to understand your condition and learn how to self-manage some of the injuries you may get in the future. I offer free advice, booklets, and workshops to give you not only the treatment but also the education that will allow you to manage your pain and injuries if they happen again.
